Later on 26 February 2007, he, unfortunately, suffered from a knee injury in a match against Charlotte Bobcats which forced him to miss several matches. He signed a two-year contract with Miami Heat in October 2008, but he went back to Memphis Grizzlies on 7 January 2009.

Then he joined Tulsa 66ers of NBA D-League owned by Oklahoma City Thunder on 7 March 2009. He also signed a multi-year contract with the Thunder on 31 March 2009 but he was soon released from the team on 22 December 2009.

Career after 2010

Likewise, he signed a 10-day contract with Washington Wizards on 26 February 2010. Again he resigned with them for the rest of the season. Then on 20 July 2011, he signed a two-year contract worth $7 million with Charlotte Bobcats. However, he transferred to Milwaukee Bucks on 23 June 2011. And again he was sent back to Houston Rockets but he was released from the team before the beginning of the season.

Further, he resigned from the Wizards on 15 November 2012 but he soon released from the team on 23 December 2012. On 25 December 2012, Cleveland Cavaliers granted him and he recorded two points, one rebound, and one assist in his debut game. Again he signed with Brooklyn Nets and then joined Golden State Warriors on 11 July 2013.

Moreover, he has signed a three-year contract worth $16 million with team Mavericks on 11 July 2014. He got renounced by the Warriors on July 10, 2019. He went innominate during free agency.
